Today is Miles' birthday. My mom is going to come down and watch Miley and we are going to go to Farmington with some friends. We are planning to eat at Red Lobster aka Red Blobster (when Jessie and I were small, our parents would always take us there and we weren't the biggest fans. We would beg them...no not Red Blobster...anywhere but Red Blobster. Now we love it!) We are also planning on going to see In This Moment at Gators. For Miles' birthday I got him Benny Hill dvd collection. I've never seen any of them and I have no idea what they are about but Miles has always wanted it.

Happy Chinese New Year

Tonight we had my parents over for Chinese New Year. Miles and I cooked Chinese food. We had fried rice, sweet and sour chicken & shrimp, and egg rolls. I decided yesterday I wanted to make Chinese food on Chinese New Year. I wasn't sure what day it was going to fall on this year. I went on the internet to find the date, thinking I had a week or two to plan something...but I only had one day. I guess it's better to find out one day before than one day after. We all had a lot of fun. Miley has been teething. She is getting four of her top teeth. She already has her two bottom teeth. Yesterday she was having a hard time with it, but today she was happy as can be. She learned how to say dada today. So all night we keep hearing....dada dada dada dada dada. She likes the sound of her own voice. She is so much fun!

Miley and Crew

Yesterday we went to visit Jessie, Grant and Crew. Miley loves her cousin Crew. Miley can get pretty hyper......I think she was scaring him. But the day will come when Crew will scare Miley. We were talking about how Crew will probably put worms in Mileys hair someday. Aunt Jessie gave Miley the cutest swimsuit. I want to take her swimming. She loves the water.
